Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and reliable Inventory Officer to manage our stock operations in Gbagi, Ibadan. In this role, you will be the custodian of our product inventory, ensuring that our records are always accurate, our storage practices are sound, and our supply chain remains uninterrupted.

Requirements:

• Stock Integrity: Maintain highly accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory reconciliations to ensure our physical count matches our digital data.

• Supply Chain Management: Monitor inventory levels in real-time, proactively initiate re-orders to avoid stock-outs, and ensure we always have what we need to meet customer demand.

• Storage & Handling: Implement and maintain proper storage, labeling, and handling protocols for all products to ensure items remain in optimal condition.

• Reporting: Prepare and update comprehensive inventory reports, cost records, and usage summaries for management review, providing the insights needed for operational decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in an inventory or stock management role.

• Location: Must reside in Gbagi, Ibadan, or its immediate environments.

• Core Competencies:

  • Organizational Skills: You are meticulous about documentation and can manage multiple tasks with ease.

  • Analytical Ability: You can interpret stock data and spot discrepancies before they become problems.

  • Record-Keeping: You possess a high level of accuracy and integrity in maintaining logs and financial/inventory records.
