Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Inventory Manager to anchor the resource engine of our high-volume nightclub operations. In a specialized hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service and the precision of the pour success is defined by "Asset Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multi-category stock (Bar, Kitchen, and Operations) with the clinical precision required for Variance Analysis, Cost Optimization, and Pilferage Mitigation. This role is designed for a "Stock Architect", specifically a professional with 3–5 years of mandatory nightclub experience who can blend "Late-Night Grit" (operating effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments) with the "Operational Agility" required to conduct daily reconciliations and supervise stock audits.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Control Governance
Record Sovereignty: Manage and maintain accurate inventory records for beverages and food with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Stock Truth."
Reconciliation Architecture: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly counts to identify variances, providing the "Structural Foundation" for fiscal accountability.
Integrity Stewardship: Implement and enforce inventory control procedures, ensuring the "Source of Operational Honesty" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Efficiency Logic
Replenishment Sovereignty: Monitor stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking, acting as the primary "Source of Service Continuity."
Shrinkage Architecture: Track usage patterns to proactively identify shrinkage, pilferage, or wastage, providing the "Functional Foundation" for profit protection.
Storage Stewardship: Ensure proper storage conditions and compliance with safety standards, maintaining the "Source of Product Quality."
3. Operational Integrity & Hospitality Power
Collaborative Sovereignty: Work closely with bar, kitchen, and procurement teams, acting as the primary "Source of Efficient Stock Flow."
Data Architecture: Analyze inventory data and prepare reports on cost control, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive decision-making.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of high-volume nightclub expertise to accelerate the "Audit-to-Action" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Operational Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Experience: 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a nightclub, bar, or high-volume hospitality setting (Mandatory).
Technical Power: Strong knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and POS tools.
Numerical Grit: Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
