Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Mechanical Specialist to anchor our industrial processing operations in Mowe-Ibafo, Ogun State. In a heavy-machinery environment, success is defined by "Kinetic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-pressure extrusion and expelling cycles with the clinical precision required for vibration analysis, thermal management, and hydraulic integrity. This role is designed for a "Mechanical Architect" who can blend "Heavy-Industrial Grit" (dismantling and overhauling machine components) with the "Predictive Agility" required to diagnose alignment issues and execute millimetric preventive maintenance schedules.

Requirements:

1. Kinetic Orchestration & Diagnostic Governance

• Systems Sovereignty: Perform high-fidelity installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial expeller and extruder machines, ensuring every unit acts as a "Source of Production."

• Precision Diagnosis: Identify and resolve complex mechanical faults—including wear patterns, abnormal vibrations, overheating, and shaft misalignment—with clinical accuracy.

• Component Stewardship: Conduct routine, high-stakes inspections of bearings, shafts, gears, seals, and hydraulic systems to ensure "Zero-Failure" operational performance.

2. Lifecycle Management & Resilience Logic

• Maintenance Architecture: Execute rigorous preventive and predictive maintenance schedules, acting as the primary "Source of Reliability" to minimize unplanned downtime.

• Overhaul Engineering: Lead the clinical dismantling and reassembly of machine components during major overhauls, ensuring every part meets millimetric calibration standards.

• Friction Governance: Ensure proper lubrication and high-fidelity calibration of all mechanical systems, extending the "Operational Lifespan" of the machinery.

3. Operational Synergy & Safety Intelligence

• Production Diplomacy: Work synchronously with production teams to ensure that equipment meets high-velocity operational demands without compromising quality.

• Performance Intelligence: Monitor machine outputs and recommend mechanical improvements to increase efficiency and "Throughput Velocity."

• Information Architecture: Maintain accurate, "Audit-Ready" maintenance logs and documentation, ensuring 100% compliance with safety standards and company policies.

• Experience: Proven track record in the installation and repair of Expeller or Extruder machinery.
