We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Human Resource Manager is responsible for planning, developing, and managing human resource policies and programs that support the organization’s strategic objectives.
  • The role ensures effective recruitment, employee development, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and the promotion of a positive organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Advise management on HR-related matters and organizational development.
  • Lead workforce planning and succession planning initiatives.

Recruitment & Talent Management:

  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops qualified employees.
  • Manage job descriptions and competency frameworks.

Performance Management:

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Identify training and development needs.

Training & Development

  • Develop and implement training and capacity-building programs.
  • Manage career development and succession planning.
  • Promote leadership development initiatives.

Employee Relations:

  • Manage employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and grievance handling.
  • Promote a positive work environment and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Develop and administer salary structures, benefits, and incentive schemes.
  • Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and market surveys.

HR Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Manage contracts, employee files, and HR documentation.

Health, Safety & Welfare:

  • Promote workplace health and safety standards.
  • Support employee well-being initiatives and programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
