Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to serve as a vital link between our HR strategy and the employee experience. In this role, you will do more than just manage paperwork; you will be an architect of workplace culture, a steward of employee data, and a facilitator of professional growth.
The ideal candidate is an HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience—ideally within high-velocity sectors like FMCG or Luxury Retail. You should be as comfortable navigating an HRIS platform as you are planning a large-scale staff event. Requirements:
1. Talent Acquisition & The New Hire Experience
Recruitment Support: Assist the HRBP in executing the talent acquisition strategy, from sourcing to final selection.
Onboarding & Integration: Lead the "New Hire Experience" by implementing and managing our Buddy System, ensuring every new employee transitions smoothly into their role.
Development: Support the planning and execution of training programs designed to close skill gaps and foster long-term career growth.
2. HRIS Management & Data Intelligence
Systems Stewardship: Maintain and update all employee records within the HRIS platform, ensuring 100% data accuracy and confidentiality.
Analytics for Growth: Generate HR reports and analytics to provide leadership with the data-driven insights needed for strategic decision-making.
Process Automation: Support the continuous improvement of HR workflows through system automation and digital tool optimization.
3. Engagement, Welfare & Culture
Engagement Initiatives: Plan and execute need-based activities throughout the year to strengthen team spirit and workplace culture.
Feedback Loops: Conduct regular employee surveys and "HR Clinics" to track job satisfaction, providing actionable recommendations based on the results.
Event Coordination: Collaborate with Admin and Marketing teams to plan staff entertainment, social events, and performance recognition programs.
Policy & Leave Admin: Assist in documenting HR policies and managing leave administration, ensuring compliance with company standards and labor laws.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Experience: 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in an HR role, preferably in FMCG or Luxury Retail.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skillset: Strong HR Generalist background with a focus on both administrative precision and people-centric initiatives.
Core Competencies
Technical IQ: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hands-on experience with HRIS tools.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve queries professionally.
Discretion: A high level of professionalism and the ability to handle sensitive information with integrity.
Organizational Mastery: Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
