In the hyper-competitive Nigerian real estate landscape, success is defined by "Supply Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize aggressive landlord acquisition (bypassing traditional agents) with the clinical precision required for seamless onboarding, property verification, and field operations. This is a founding-level execution mandate designed for a "Growth Architect" with 4–8+ years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (direct outreach to developers and estate associations) with the "Systems Agility" required to build acquisition pipelines from scratch.

1. Acquisition Orchestration & Pipeline Governance
Supply Sovereignty: Design and execute high-velocity strategies to onboard thousands of landlords at scale, acting as the primary "Source of Market Penetration."
Network Architecture: Build robust pipelines via Estate Associations, Property Developers, and Facility Managers, bypassing traditional agents to ensure the brand remains a "Source of Direct Access."
Channel Stewardship: Create repeatable, scalable acquisition channels through direct outreach, providing the "Economic Velocity" required to dominate the supply side.
2. Onboarding Resilience & Activation Logic
Onboarding Sovereignty: Build a seamless, "Zero-Friction" process for landlords, ensuring every listing acts as a "Source of High-Quality Data" (pricing, imagery, details).
Activation Architecture: Drive landlord activation—moving beyond signups to active listing engagement—to maintain the "Source of Liquidity" for the marketplace.
