Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Head of Operations to anchor the growth engine of our clinic network. In the specialized landscape of modern healthcare where patient care must be balanced with commercial viability success is defined by "Clinical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize multisite operations with the clinical precision required for Cost Optimization, Provider Network Management, and Revenue Growth. This role is designed for an "Operational Architect" with at least 7 years of experience and an MBA/MPH who can blend "Tactical Grit" (managing daily clinic efficiency) with the "Strategic Agility" required to lead expansion into new territories.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Orchestration & Expansion Governance

• Expansion Sovereignty: Lead and manage the scaling of clinic operations across multiple locations with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Network Growth."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure all clinics meet rigorous healthcare quality standards and regulatory requirements, providing the "Structural Foundation" for patient safety and trust.

• Integrity Stewardship: Oversee provider network partnerships, ensuring the "Source of Clinical Expertise" is elite, well-managed, and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Financial Logic

• Efficiency Sovereignty: Drive operational cost optimization and streamline clinical workflows, acting as the primary "Source of Bottom-Line Health."

• P&L Architecture: Manage budgets, financial forecasting, and overall P&L performance across the network, providing the "Functional Foundation" for long-term scalability.

• Service Stewardship: Implement service excellence protocols to ensure a superior patient experience at every touchpoint, maintaining the "Source of Brand Loyalty."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

• Team Sovereignty: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, providing the mentorship and guidance necessary to act as the primary "Source of Organizational Talent."

• Analytical Architecture: Utilize data-driven insights to monitor revenue growth and operational metrics, providing the "Relational Foundation" for board-level decision-making.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 7+ years of healthcare leadership expertise to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Network Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree + Master’s degree (MBA, MPH, or equivalent) is required.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years in healthcare or wellness operations, with significant leadership experience.
