As the Head of IT, you will be the primary driver of our Digital Transformation and Automation roadmap. You will oversee a robust enterprise ecosystem—including cloud platforms, ERP systems, and cybersecurity frameworks—while leading a high-performing team to deliver operational excellence. Requirements:
1. Digital Transformation & IT Strategy
Innovation Roadmap: Develop and execute an organization-wide IT strategy that prioritizes digital transformation, process automation, and system scalability.
Enterprise Architecture: Oversee the integration and optimization of ERP systems and digital platforms to ensure seamless data flow and business intelligence.
Continuous Improvement: Drive an "automation-first" mindset, identifying legacy bottlenecks and replacing them with agile, modern solutions.
2. Infrastructure, Cloud & Cybersecurity
Cloud Governance: Manage and scale cloud-native infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), ensuring high availability and cost-efficiency.
Cybersecurity Defense: Lead the organization's cybersecurity posture, ensuring data protection, disaster recovery, and strict compliance with IT governance standards.
System Uptime: Guarantee the reliability of mission-critical systems through proactive monitoring and robust service delivery protocols (ITIL).
3. Leadership, Budgeting & Governance
Strategic Leadership: Provide mentorship and direction to the IT team, fostering a culture of technical excellence and talent development.
Financial Stewardship: Manage the IT budget, ensuring a high ROI on technology investments and effective vendor management.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, translating complex technical risks and opportunities into clear business terms.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Experience: 10–15 years of progressive IT leadership experience with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects.
Technical IQ: Strong command of Cloud Platforms (AWS/Azure), ERP systems, and IT Infrastructure.
Core Competencies
Strategic Vision: Ability to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives.
Certifications: Professional credentials such as CISSP/CISM (Security), PMP (Project Management), ITIL (Service), or Cloud Architect certifications are highly preferred.
Change Management: Expert skills in leading teams through complex system migrations and organizational changes.
