Job Description:

Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a high-caliber Head, Client Management to serve as the chief architect of our client experience. This is a senior leadership role where you will set the standard for trust, responsiveness, and professional excellence. You will oversee the entire client lifecycle from initial onboarding and document issuance to long-term relationship maintenance ensuring that every interaction with Mshel Homes reinforces our position as the most trusted real estate partner for individuals, corporate entities, and the diaspora.

Requirements:

  • Strategic Leadership: Own and execute end-to-end client management strategies. You will oversee critical departments, including Client Onboarding, Relationship Management, Documentation, and Payment Operations.

  • High-Stakes Relationship Management: Serve as the primary senior escalation point for high-net-worth clients, institutional investors, and diaspora accounts, building deep trust-based relationships.

  • Operational Rigor: Enforce strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs)—specifically, acknowledging all communications within 4 hours and resolving queries within 24 hours.

  • Document Lifecycle Management: Eliminate bottlenecks in the issuance of offer letters, allocation letters, and title documents by liaising effectively with Legal, Contracts, and Finance teams.

  • Advocacy & Resolution: Lead the structured resolution of client complaints. Perform root-cause analysis on service failures to implement systemic, long-term improvements.

  • Team Development: Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performance team. Set clear performance KPIs focused on responsiveness, quality, and service excellence.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Provide senior management with monthly/quarterly analytics on satisfaction trends, document issuance rates, and service gaps to inform corporate strategy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or Finance. An MBA or MSc is strongly preferred.

  • Experience:

    • 8–15 years of progressive experience in relationship banking, real estate, or financial services.

    • At least 4 years in a senior supervisory or management capacity.

  • Domain Expertise: Proven track record in the Nigerian real estate market, mortgage finance, or the FinTech ecosystem.

  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with CBN, SEC, and CAC regulatory frameworks as they pertain to investments and financial products.
