Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and ambitious Graduate Electrical & Electronics Engineer to anchor the technical engine of our Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of modern power and control systems, success is defined by "Electrification Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize theoretical principles with the clinical precision required for Circuit Design, Control Panel Logic, and System Commissioning. This role is designed for a "Systems Architect" at the Entry-Level who can blend "Technical Grit" (troubleshooting equipment and conducting site installations) with the "Strategic Agility" required to collaborate with senior engineers on complex infrastructure projects.

Requirements:

1. Design Orchestration & Maintenance Governance

• Circuit Sovereignty: Assist in the design and testing of electronic circuits and control panels with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Design Integrity."

• Infrastructure Architecture: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on electrical systems, providing the "Structural Foundation" for long-term equipment health.

• Maintenance Stewardship: Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and repairing equipment, ensuring the "Source of Operational Uptime" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Field Logic

• Deployment Sovereignty: Participate in project planning, site installations, and equipment commissioning, acting as the primary "Source of Field Execution."

• Troubleshooting Architecture: Identify and resolve faults in electrical/electronic systems, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for minimal operational downtime.

• Safety Stewardship: Ensure all activities comply with NSE/IEEE standards and safety regulations, maintaining the "Source of Environmental Security."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

• NYSC: Must have successfully completed the National Youth Service Corps program.

• Age Limit: Not more than 28 years old at the time of application.
