Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite GM, Finance to anchor the capital engine of our organization. In the complex intersection of SaaS, Enterprise, and Public Sector technology, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize rapid scaling with the clinical precision required for Capital Efficiency, SaaS metric monitoring (LTV/CAC, Churn), and enterprise project margins. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" with 10–15 years of experience and an ICAN/ACCA/CIMA certification who can blend "Operational Grit" (overseeing billing, payroll, and tax) with the "Strategic Agility" required to interface with the Board of Directors and lead fundraising efforts.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Orchestration & Capital Governance

  • Financial Sovereignty: Develop and lead the company’s financial strategy aligned with long-term SaaS and Enterprise goals, acting as the primary "Source of Capital Efficiency."

  • Decision Architecture: Partner with the CEO to evaluate pricing models and revenue structures, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for strategic business expansion.

  • Investor Stewardship: Lead financial communication with the Board and stakeholders, acting as the "Source of Fundraising Readiness" for debt or equity rounds.

2. Analytical Resilience & FP&A Logic

  • Planning Sovereignty: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Growth Insights."

  • Metric Architecture: Monitor key SaaS metrics and enterprise project margins, providing the "Analytical Foundation" to support go-to-market strategies.

  • Risk Stewardship: Identify and mitigate currency, credit, and operational risks, maintaining the "Source of Liquidity and Working Capital Stability."

3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power

  • Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with international principles and local regulations, acting as the "Source of Audit Readiness."

  • System Architecture: Drive financial automation and ERP enhancements to optimize the "Source of Operational Efficiency."

  • Leadership Logic: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while promoting a culture of integrity, utilizing 15 years of leadership experience to optimize the "Source of Accountability."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: First degree in Accounting or Finance; a Master’s degree is a significant strategic advantage.

  • Certification: Mandatory ICAN, ACCA, or CIMA certification.

  • Experience: 10–15 years of robust financial management experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role within the Technology (SaaS/Enterprise) or Public Sector.

Core Competencies

  • Strategic Grit: Proven experience in board management, fundraising, and capital management.

  • Analytical Sovereignty: In-depth understanding of SaaS KPIs (MRR, ARR, Churn, LTV/CAC) and enterprise financial rigor.

  • Operational Power: Proficiency with ERP systems, advanced Excel, and data analysis reporting tools.
