Our expertise enables us to understand the market and deliver premium products and systems that offer high levels of reliability, affordability, serviceability, redundancy, and operational flexibility.
Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, exceptionally organized Fresh Graduate to join our Lagos team as a Service Coordinator. This role is the "nerve center" of our technical operations, responsible for bridging the gap between our customers' needs and our field engineers' technical delivery.
As a Service Coordinator, you will orchestrate the daily movements of our service engineers, track high-stakes installations, and ensure that every customer complaint is resolved with speed and precision. This is an ideal entry-level position for a graduate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to build a career in operations management, logistics, or technical services.
Requirements:
1. Field Force Orchestration & Scheduling
Resource Allocation: Strategically assign and schedule service engineers for installations and Service Level Agreement (SLA) maintenance.
Timeline Stewardship: Proactively follow up with engineers to ensure tasks are completed on time and within the defined scope.
Logistics Management: Coordinate the prompt dispatch and retrieval of critical hardware, including spare parts and batteries, to minimize site downtime.
2. Customer Advocacy & Issue Resolution
Direct Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and ensuring professional resolution of all technical issues.
Escalation Governance: Identify and escalate service-related bottlenecks or complex engineering issues to senior management to prevent project delays.
Incident Tracking: Monitor various client sites remotely to identify potential issues before they escalate into major service failures.
3. Data Integrity & Financial Oversight
Software Synchronization: Ensure all installations and service updates are logged accurately into the company’s service management software.
Documentation Architecture: Collect and verify all Job Completion Reports (JCR) and ensure information on job tickets is current and accurate.
Expense Governance: Monitor and log service engineer expenses to ensure operational costs remain within budget.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Recent Graduate (B.Sc. or HND) in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Experience: 0–1 year (NYSC experience in a technical or administrative role is a plus).
Location: Must be based in Lagos and ready for full-time on-site engagement.
Core Competencies
Organizational Agility: Ability to juggle multiple engineer schedules and customer tickets without losing focus.
Communication IQ: Exceptional verbal and written skills for managing both engineers in the field and corporate clients.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable learning and using service management software and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset focused on finding "work-arounds" when logistical hurdles arise.
