Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Financial Assistant to anchor the fiscal engine of our Ikeja operations. In the fast-paced commercial hub of Lagos, success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily cash flows with the clinical precision required for Warehouse Data Analytics, Cashiering Governance, and Financial Report Support. This role is designed for a "Data Architect" with a strong academic background in Finance or Accounting and 3+ years of relevant experience who can blend "Mathematical Grit" (managing warehouse statistics) with the "Operational Agility" required to support the Finance Manager in high-pressure reporting cycles.

Requirements:

1. Transaction Orchestration & Cashier Governance

• Cashiering Sovereignty: Manage daily cashier duties and petty cash with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Liquidity Integrity."

• Operational Architecture: Assist with daily financial operations and transaction capturing, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the company's fiscal flow.

• Stewardship Logic: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, providing the "Documentary Foundation" for all internal audits.

2. Inventory Resilience & Warehouse Logic

• Statistics Sovereignty: Manage and analyze warehouse data statistics, acting as the primary "Source of Stock Accuracy."

• Data Architecture: Monitor the intersection of financial spend and warehouse movements, ensuring the "Source of Inventory Valuation" remains precise.

• System Stewardship: Utilize financial systems and procedures to track assets, maintaining the "Source of Physical and Digital Alignment."
