Job Description:

House Unlimited Nigeria is seeking a high-energy, results-obsessed Female Sales Closer. This is not a role for a passive "customer service" agent; it is a dedicated closing position. Your singular mission is to turn interest into revenue. You will be responsible for the entire conversion funnel taking a lead from a WhatsApp or Instagram inquiry, driving them to a physical site inspection, and ultimately securing the final payment.

The ideal candidate understands that sales are won in the follow-up and has the professional "grit" to handle objections and push conversations to a successful close.

Requirements:

Lead Conversion & Closing

  • Rapid Lead Management: Handle all incoming inquiries from social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, etc.) with speed and professional flair.

  • Aggressive Follow-Up: Maintain a disciplined and consistent follow-up schedule to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks.

  • Inspection Conversion: Persuasively move prospects from the "inquiry" stage to booking and attending physical site inspections.

  • Deal Finalization: Transition inspections into closed deals by handling objections, negotiating terms, and ensuring the final payment is successfully completed.

Client Relationship & Tracking

  • End-to-End Communication: Maintain proactive communication with clients throughout the payment lifecycle to ensure a seamless transaction experience.

  • Progress Tracking: Meticulously document all client conversations and monitor the progress of each lead through the sales pipeline.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Gender: Strictly Female (for strategic team balancing).

  • Location: Must be based in Abuja or nearby.

  • Experience:

    • 2–4 years of experience in Sales or CRM (Customer Relationship Management).

    • Proven experience in a role where performance was measured by conversion rates rather than just lead volume.

  • Core Competencies:

    • The "Closer" Mindset: Confidence in asking for the sale and driving a deal to completion.

    • Objection Handling: Skilled at navigating "no" or "let me think about it" to move the conversation forward.

    • Discipline: Exceptional organizational skills specifically regarding follow-up cadences.

    • Target-Driven: A natural motivation to hit and exceed monthly show-up and closing targets.

Salary

N150,000 / month.
