Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Personal Assistant to anchor the executive engine of our CEO’s daily operations. In the specialized landscape of corporate leadership where organizational momentum is dictated by the speed of decision-making and the precision of the calendar success is defined by "C-Suite Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex schedules with the clinical precision required for Correspondence, Reporting, and Daily Coordination. This role is designed for a "Strategic Architect" with at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Administrative Grit" (managing high-volume appointments and documentation) with the "Professional Agility" required to handle communication on behalf of the CEO.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Schedule Governance
Calendar Sovereignty: Manage schedules, appointments, and high-priority meetings with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Executive Time Optimization."
Correspondence Architecture: Handle all communication and professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a consistent and elite brand voice.
Integrity Stewardship: Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times, ensuring the "Source of Executive Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Operational Logic
Coordination Sovereignty: Ensure smooth daily operations by aligning activities with the CEO’s strategic goals, acting as the primary "Source of Workflow Continuity."
Documentation Architecture: Prepare professional reports, documents, and high-impact presentations, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-driven board and management sessions.
Residency Stewardship: Leverage proximity to the Ojodu Berger area to ensure rapid response and immediate operational support, maintaining the "Source of Local Availability."
3. Operational Integrity & Digital Power
Technical Sovereignty: Utilize advanced Microsoft Office, Google Tools, and Scheduling Apps, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Efficiency."
Communication Architecture: Execute elite written and spoken English protocols for internal and external stakeholders, providing the "Relational Foundation" for executive networking.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of PA expertise to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational roadblocks in real-time, maximizing the "Source of CEO Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. or equivalent qualification.
Experience: At least 2 years as a Personal Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.
Demographics: Must be between 21 and 30 years old.
Residency: Must reside in Ojodu Berger or the immediate surrounding areas.
Technical Power: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and executive scheduling tools.
