Job Description:

• We are looking for a reliable, proactive, and experienced Facility Officer to oversee the maintenance, safety, and overall functionality of our facilities, ensuring a clean, secure, and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee facility maintenance and repairs
• Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the premises
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Conduct routine facility inspections
• Monitor safety and regulatory compliance
• Maintain facility records and reports
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and financial partners

Requirements:

• Strong facility management and coordination skills
• Good problem solving and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of health and safety standards
• Experience in facility operations or maintenance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hospitality industry experience is an advantage.
