Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Facility Manager to anchor the operational engine of our residential estate. In a specialized property landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the maintenance-relay and the precision of the service-filter success is defined by "Residential Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex building systems with the clinical precision required for Preventive Maintenance, Vendor Orchestration, and Budgetary Governance. This role is designed for an "Asset Architect" specifically a professional with 2 to 5 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering HVAC, electrical, and plumbing diagnostics) with the "Operational Agility" required to execute Occupancy Management and Safety Compliance.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Systems Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Estate: Oversee the day-to-day operations of residential facilities, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Stability."

  • Infrastructural Architecture: Ensure all building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) are functioning at peak efficiency, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a seamless living environment.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, ensuring the "Source of Asset Value" is protected and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Stakeholder Logic

  • Service Sovereignty: Coordinate service providers, contractors, and vendors, acting as the primary "Source of Vendor Accountability."

  • Resident Architecture: Resolve resident complaints with high-velocity courtesy, providing the "Functional Foundation" for community harmony and retention.

  • Compliance Stewardship: Implement health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Financial Power

  • Budgetary Sovereignty: Monitor facility budgets and track expenses, acting as the primary "Source of Cost-Effective Operations."

  • Occupancy Architecture: Support move-ins, move-outs, and occupancy logistics, providing the "Relational Foundation" for estate fluidity.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Microsoft Office and Analytical tools to accelerate the "Issue-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Asset Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Estate Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience in facility management, preferably within residential estates.

  • Technical Power: Strong technical knowledge of building systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) and maintenance practices.

  • Organizational IQ: Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Aptitude: Proactive, energetic, and adaptable with a high level of accountability.
