Job Description:
We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Facility Manager to anchor the operational engine of our property. In a specialized hospitality landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the repair and the precision of the guest environment success is defined by "Facility Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex building systems with the clinical precision required for Preventive Maintenance, HVAC Optimization, and Regulatory Compliance. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect", specifically a professional with an Engineering degree and 4–7 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (supervising mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems) with the "Operational Agility" required to manage facility budgets and oversee renovation projects.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Technical Governance
System Sovereignty: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Optimal Functionality."
Preventive Architecture: Develop and implement maintenance programs to minimize downtime, providing the "Structural Foundation" for uninterrupted guest service.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations, ensuring the "Source of Property Safety" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Resource Logic
Inspection Sovereignty: Conduct routine premises inspections to maintain elite standards of cleanliness and efficiency, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Readiness."
Vendor Architecture: Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cost-effective and high-quality repairs.
Utility Stewardship: Oversee power, water, and waste management to drive efficiency, maintaining the "Source of Cost Control."
3. Operational Integrity & Team Power
Leadership Sovereignty: Supervise and manage facility staff and technicians, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Excellence."
Project Architecture: Support renovation and space optimization initiatives, providing the "Relational Foundation" for long-term asset value growth.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 4–7 years of hospitality facility experience to accelerate the "Issue-to-Resolution" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Infrastructure Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
Experience: 4 – 7 years in facility management, ideally within the hospitality industry.
Technical Power: Deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
System Proficiency: High level of skill in Microsoft Office and specialized facility management software.
