Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Entry Level Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our Abuja operations. In a specialized corporate landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the record success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily bookkeeping with the clinical precision required for Sales Tracking, Expense Monitoring, and Credit Recovery. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect", specifically a graduate with a BSc in Accounting who can blend "Analytical Grit" (tracking and recovering credit) with the "Technical Agility" required to utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Ledger Governance

  • Sovereignty of Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Fiscal Truth."

  • Documentation Architecture: Ensure proper bookkeeping and filing of all financial documents, providing the "Structural Foundation" for internal controls and future audits.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Uphold high standards of honesty and transparency in all financial dealings, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Transactional Logic

  • Sales Sovereignty: Track daily sales and expenses with high fidelity, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Awareness."

  • Recovery Architecture: Track and recover outstanding credit, providing the "Functional Foundation" for healthy cash flow and liquidity.

  • Software Stewardship: Utilize QuickBooks to manage accounts and generate data, maintaining the "Source of Digital Financial Management."

3. Operational Integrity & Reporting Power

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare periodic financial reports for management review, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Insight."

  • Schedule Architecture: Manage financial responsibilities across a Monday-to-Saturday work week, providing the "Relational Foundation" for consistent operational support.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize your Accounting degree and 1 year of experience to accelerate the "Transaction-to-Report" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Financial Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: BSc in Accounting (Mandatory).

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in finance or accounting roles.

  • Technical Power: Knowledge of bookkeeping and proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

  • Location & Availability: Must be based in Abuja and available to work Monday to Saturday.

  • Salary Range: ₦100,000 - ₦150,000 / month.
