Job Description:
Mshel Homes Limited is seeking a results-driven and innovative Digital Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be the architect of our online growth, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-performance campaigns that convert digital interest into property sales. You will leverage data-driven strategies to scale our brand visibility, dominate search rankings, and manage a robust lead generation pipeline across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is a hybrid of a creative storyteller and a technical analyst someone who can craft a compelling ad and then dive into the metrics to refine its ROI.
Requirements:
Strategic Growth & Lead Generation
Digital Strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel strategies to drive brand awareness and generate high-quality leads for our real estate portfolio.
Lead Management: Implement effective lead generation funnels and utilize CRM tools to track prospects, manage follow-ups, and enhance customer engagement.
Performance Marketing: Plan and manage paid campaigns (PPC/SEM) across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
SEO & Website Management
Search Optimization: Execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and ensure Mshel Homes ranks prominently for key real estate search terms.
Web Oversight: Manage and update website content via CMS, ensuring a seamless user experience and accurate property listings.
Analytics: Utilize tools like Google Analytics to monitor website performance and implement data-driven technical enhancements.
Content & Social Media Strategy
Brand Voice: Develop engaging content, including copywriting, basic graphics, and video updates, that aligns with the Mshel Homes brand identity.
Community Growth: Manage and grow the company’s social media presence through impactful posts and proactive follower engagement.
Email Marketing: Design and execute automated email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional offers using platforms like MailChimp.
Collaboration & Reporting
Cross-functional Teamwork: Collaborate with internal graphics and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials.
Data Insights: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future budget allocation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record as a Digital Marketer, with a strong preference for experience within the Real Estate sector.
Technical Competencies
Platform Mastery: Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and MailChimp.
SEO/SEM Expertise: Strong understanding of search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and social media algorithms.
Creative Skills: Competency in copywriting, video editing, and basic graphic design.
Analytical Tools: Mastery of Google Analytics and other data tracking technologies.
Core Soft Skills
Innovation: Strong creativity and the ability to think outside traditional marketing boxes.
Organization: High level of attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
