Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and linguistically elite Data Quality Control Engineer to anchor the AI-dataset engine of our operations. In the specialized landscape of Large Models and voice services, success is defined by "Linguistic Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize native Hausa proficiency with the clinical precision required for ASR, CV, NLU, and TTS Data Validation. This role is designed for a "Data-Model Architect" with 2+ years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (utilizing SQL/Python for analysis) with the "Strategic Agility" required to build full-chain quality management systems and train global personnel.

Requirements:

1. AI Quality Orchestration & Compliance Governance

• Linguistic Sovereignty: Leverage native Hausa advantages to ensure quality compliance for NLU and Speech-to-Text (ASR) projects, acting as the primary "Source of Language Truth."

• Chain Architecture: Control key aspects of the quality management chain, including process Q&A and scientific sampling, providing the "Structural Foundation" for model reliability.

• Delivery Stewardship: Ensure data satisfies rigorous business needs before project delivery, ensuring the "Source of AI Accuracy" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Tool-Based Logic

• Efficiency Sovereignty: Promote the implementation of automated quality inspection and process management tools, acting as the primary "Source of Tool-Based Optimization."

• System Architecture: Build a reusable, full-chain multilingual data quality management system, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for large-scale voice services.

• Automation Stewardship: Integrate automated tools to adapt to the needs of Large Models (LLMs), maintaining the "Source of Scalable Quality."

3. Knowledge Integrity & Developmental Power

• Personnel Sovereignty: Proactively design and lead long-term training systems for department personnel, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Utilization."

• Collaboration Architecture: Partner across functions with the localization and technical teams, providing the "Visual Foundation" for cross-functional project success.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize SQL/Python proficiency and ASR/NLU knowledge to solve complex data challenges, maximizing the "Source of Operational Intelligence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field.

• Language Power: Native speaker of Hausa with excellent working proficiency in English.

• Experience: 2+ years in data annotation or managing large-scale multilingual datasets.

• Certifications: PMP or other relevant project management certifications.

Core Competencies

• Technical Grit: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
