Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and digitally elite Customer Service Representative to anchor the engagement engine of County Cargo’s Lagos operations. In the specialized landscape of logistics and cargo management, success is defined by "Client Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex shipping inquiries with the clinical precision required for Data Entry, Social Media Content Creation, and Proactive Re-engagement. This role is designed for a "Digital Architect" with 1–2 years of experience who can blend "Conversational Grit" (resolving issues via phone and in-person) with the "Strategic Agility" required to maintain accurate records in Google Sheets and Excel.

Requirements:

1. Relationship Orchestration & Brand Governance

  • Inquiry Sovereignty: Resolve customer issues via email, phone, and in-person with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of First-Contact Resolution."

  • Content Architecture: Create engaging and informative social media content to drive digital engagement, providing the "Structural Foundation" for County Cargo’s online presence.

Qualifications and Skills:
