Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite CRM Implementation Specialist to anchor the operational engine of our organization. In the data-driven business landscape of Ibeju Lekki, success is defined by "System Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex business processes with the clinical precision required for End-to-End Platform Implementation (Freshsales, Freshdesk, Freshservice), API Integrations, and Automated Logic. This role is designed for a "Workflow Architect" who can blend "Technical Grit" (working with Webhooks and APIs) with the "Operational Agility" required to configure SLA-driven Ticketing Systems and Sales Pipelines.

Requirements:

1. Platform Orchestration & Configuration Governance

• Implementation Sovereignty: Lead the full-cycle deployment of Freshsales, Freshdesk, and Freshservice, ensuring every platform acts as a "Source of Operational Efficiency."

• Structural Architecture: Customize fields, modules, and system structures with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Business-Process Alignment."

• Communication Stewardship: Integrate high-velocity channels (WhatsApp API, Email, SMS), providing the "Technical Foundation" for omnichannel engagement.

2. Automation Resilience & Integration Logic

• Workflow Sovereignty: Design and implement automation for Deal Progression and Ticket Routing, acting as the primary "Source of Process Acceleration."

• Integration Architecture: Support high-fidelity integrations with third-party tools via APIs and Webhooks, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in data flow between SaaS platforms.

• Escalation Stewardship: Build and monitor automated routing and escalation workflows, maintaining the "Source of Service-Level Agreement (SLA) Integrity."

3. Performance Integrity & Capability Power

• Reliability Sovereignty: Monitor system usage and data accuracy with clinical focus, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for continuous process optimization.

• Quality Architecture: Coordinate with developers for advanced customizations and conduct rigorous pre-deployment testing to optimize the "Source of Bug-Free Operations."

• Knowledge Logic: Document all configurations and train internal teams, utilizing Technical Implementation expertise to maximize the "Source of User Adoption."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Proven track record in CRM or Helpdesk system implementation (Freshworks experience is highly preferred).

• Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of CRM pipelines, Ticketing systems, and SLAs.

• Preferred Skills: Experience with APIs, Webhooks, and Workflow automation tools.
