Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and technically elite Content Creator to anchor the digital engine of our Lagos-based remote operations. In a specialized media landscape where brand authority is dictated by the speed of the narrative and the precision of the visual success is defined by "Digital Identity Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize creative storytelling with the clinical precision required for AI Design, Video Engineering, and Community Governance. This role is designed for a "Narrative Architect" with a proven track record who can blend "Creative Grit" (producing high-impact Reels, graphics, and copy) with the "Technical Agility" required to master AI editing tools and Social Media Analytics.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Narrative Governance

• Creation Sovereignty: Develop and implement engaging content strategies for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, acting as the primary "Source of Brand Awareness."

• Strategy Architecture: Create comprehensive social media roadmaps aligned with marketing goals, providing the "Structural Foundation" for cohesive cross-channel growth.

• Integrity Stewardship: Maintain the brand’s voice with millimetric focus across all platforms, ensuring the "Source of Identity Consistency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Media Logic

• Multimedia Sovereignty: Produce high-quality video content and graphics using AI design and editing tools, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Disruption."

• Community Architecture: Interact with followers and manage the online community, providing the "Functional Foundation" for customer loyalty and sentiment health.

• Trend Stewardship: Stay updated on the latest tools and best practices to ensure the brand remains competitive, maintaining the "Source of Market Relevance."

3. Operational Integrity & Analytical Power

• Metric Sovereignty: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness, acting as the primary "Source of Actionable Insights."

• Collaboration Architecture: Work closely with Marketing and PR departments to ensure unified messaging, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational synergy.
