Premiere Academy is seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Civil Engineer to anchor the physical engine of our institution. In a specialized academic landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the safety of the infrastructure and the precision of the facility maintenance success is defined by "Structural Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize new construction supervision with the clinical precision required for Building Code Compliance, Maintenance Management, and Structural Analysis. This role is designed for an "Infrastructure Architect", specifically a professional with at least 3 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (designing and reviewing structural components) with the "Operational Agility" required to oversee school-wide maintenance and recommend critical repairs or upgrades.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Structural Governance

• Sovereignty of Design: Design, analyze, and review structural components with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Engineering Accuracy."

• Compliance Architecture: Ensure all designs and activities comply with relevant building codes and safety standards, providing the "Structural Foundation" for regulatory fidelity.

• Integrity Stewardship: Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress, ensuring the "Source of Structural Soundness" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Maintenance Logic

• Maintenance Sovereignty: Oversee school-wide facility and infrastructure maintenance, acting as the primary "Source of Institutional Longevity."

• Resource Architecture: Review and approve construction materials and workmanship on-site, providing the "Functional Foundation" for quality and safety.

• Assessment Stewardship: Evaluate existing structures and recommend modifications or upgrades, maintaining the "Source of Adaptive Infrastructure."

3. Operational Integrity & Project Power

• Timeline Sovereignty: Manage project budgets, scope, and schedules, acting as the primary "Source of Execution Efficiency."

• Technical Architecture: Provide expert problem-solving support for construction and maintenance challenges, providing the "Relational Foundation" for technical excellence.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in construction, structural engineering, or facility maintenance.
