Job Description:

We are seeking a formidable and strategically-minded Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our organizational engine. In the intersection of luxury hospitality and medical aesthetics, success is defined by "Operational Symphony", the ability to harmonize high-end service standards with clinical precision and aggressive commercial growth. This role is designed for a "Visionary Implementer" with 5–7 years of experience (including at least 3 years in senior leadership) who can blend "Luxury Industry Finesse" with the "Financial Stewardship" required to scale a fast-paced enterprise.

Your mission is to ensure "Institutional Excellence and Uninterrupted Profitability." You will be the primary architect of our operational framework: responsible for mitigating risks, driving business development, and fostering a high-performance culture that transcends the standard 9-to-5 mindset. If you possess "Absolute Ownership," a mastery of Financial Planning, and the ability to manage complex change within a 4-star environment, we want you to drive our sovereign growth.

Requirements:

1. Strategic Vision & Operational Governance

  • Executive Collaboration: Partner directly with the CEO to translate the company's strategic vision into actionable operational objectives and long-term milestones.

  • Process Optimization: Identify structural inefficiencies and implement scalable initiatives that enhance departmental performance, cost reductions, and overall organizational flow.

  • Metric-Driven Leadership: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with surgical precision, using data-driven insights to track progress and fuel continuous improvement.

2. Financial Stewardship & Commercial Expansion

  • Profitability Optimization: Collaborate with the Finance team to develop robust budgets, forecasts, and financial plans that maximize margins without compromising luxury standards.

  • Revenue Engineering: Drive business development initiatives and oversee aggressive client acquisition strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

  • Asset & Risk Mitigation: Identify and neutralize operational, legal, and regulatory risks to protect the company’s physical assets, institutional reputation, and financial interests.

3. High-Performance Culture & Luxury Integration

  • Team Orchestration: Lead and mentor a high-performing multi-disciplinary team, ensuring consistent alignment with the organization’s vision through professional development and support.

  • Luxury Standard Maintenance: Leverage your experience in 4-star hospitality or medical aesthetics to ensure that operational processes reflect a premium brand identity in every client interaction.

  • Change Management: Drive innovation and manage organizational transitions effectively, ensuring the team remains agile and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: 5–7 years in general operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.

  • Industry Edge: Proven experience in the Luxury and Hospitality industry (e.g., 4-star hotels, high-end restaurants, or similar).

  • Technical Advantage: A strong understanding of Medical Aesthetics is a significant advantage.

  • Financial Mastery: Deep expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and operational forecasting.
