Job Description:
- Assist in planning and coordinating daily transportation and logistics activities.
- Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and operational activities.
- Prepare operational reports and documentation.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, and vendors regarding delivery schedules.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment updates.
- Assist in managing vehicle maintenance schedules and fuel records.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
- Support warehouse and inventory operations when required.
- Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, Economics, Management Sciences
