Job Description:

We are looking for reliable, honest, and detail-oriented Cashiers to serve as the final point of contact for our customers. You will manage financial transactions, ensure accurate cash handling, and provide top-tier customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. This role is essential to our daily operations, requiring absolute integrity and the ability to maintain composure during peak service hours.

Requirements:

  • Transaction Management: Process cash and POS payments quickly and accurately.

  • Customer Experience: Greet customers politely and professionally, ensuring a positive checkout experience.

  • Documentation & Reporting: Issue receipts, maintain precise daily sales logs, and balance your cash drawer at the end of each shift.

  • Operational Support: Assist with outlet duties as needed to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.

  • Accountability: Maintain strict cash records and ensure that all financial transactions are balanced and reported in accordance with outlet policy.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. degree in any discipline.

  • Location: You must reside within close proximity to Admiralty, Osapa, Ikota, Opebi, Surulere, or Ikoyi.

  • Experience: Previous experience in a retail or cashier role is a significant advantage.

  • Key Competencies:

    • Integrity: Absolute honesty and a strong sense of accountability are non-negotiable.

    • Numerical Skills: Basic math skills to ensure accuracy in all financial exchanges.

    • Communication: Excellent verbal skills and a customer-focused attitude.

    • Resilience: Ability to maintain speed and accuracy even under high-pressure conditions.
