Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Campus Operations & Experience Lead to anchor the operational engine of our campus locations. In a specialized serviced-office landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the service-relay and the precision of the client-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize high-end hospitality with the clinical precision required for Facility Governance, Client Lifecycle Management, and Unit Economics. This role is designed for an "Experience Architect" specifically a veteran professional with 4 to 8+ years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (mastering facility systems and vendor management) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute High-Retention Renewals and New-Location Launch Architectures.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Operational Governance

  • Sovereignty of the Campus: Oversee daily operations across all locations, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Stability."

  • Infrastructural Architecture: Ensure all facilities (power, internet, security, maintenance) are fully functional at all times, providing the "Structural Foundation" for a friction-free environment.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Manage and coordinate vendors to meet agreed service levels, ensuring the "Source of Facility Reliability" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Experience Architecture & Lifecycle Stewardship

  • Client Sovereignty: Manage the full client lifecycle from onboarding to renewal, acting as the primary "Source of Client Fidelity."

  • Retention Architecture: Conduct regular check-ins to maintain satisfaction and identify expansion risks, providing the "Functional Foundation" for high renewal rates.

  • Issue Stewardship: Resolve client grievances efficiently and professionally, maintaining the "Source of Brand Reputation."

3. Economic Sovereignty & Systems Performance

  • Unit Economics Sovereignty: Track and manage KPIs, including occupancy rates and revenue-per-desk, acting as the primary "Source of Location Profitability."

  • Systems Architecture: Implement and maintain standardized operating procedures, providing the "Relational Foundation" for compliance and reporting.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize Data-Driven Insights to support pricing and space utilization decisions, maximizing the "Source of Campus Throughput."

4. Systemic Growth & Cross-Functional Alignment

  • Launch Sovereignty: Support the operational setup of new locations, acting as the primary "Source of Readiness."

  • Alignment Architecture: Collaborate with Sales, Design, and Finance teams to bridge the gap between sales promises and operational delivery, providing the "Relational Foundation" for organizational synergy.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

  • Experience: 4 – 8+ years in operations roles within serviced offices, coworking, hospitality (hotels), or property/facility management.

  • Technical Power: Demonstrated ability to build systems, manage complex vendor relationships, and lead teams.

  • Operational IQ: Deep understanding of unit economics, occupancy management, and customer experience frameworks.

  • Aptitude: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, structured environment.

Core Competencies

  • Execution Grit: Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-control measures independently.
