Job Description:
In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and coordinate with hotel teams to ensure every guest experience is smooth, personalized and memorable while providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Respond to calls, emails, and social media chats
- Log issues, escalate when needed, and follow up until closure
- Help with reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Collect guest feedback and monitor review platforms
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/booking system, prepare daily reports
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Service Representative.
- Conflict resolution skill
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Service mindset and neat appearance
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
