Job Description:

  • Be the voice and face of La’Realeza International Logistics, Travel & Tour. Handle client bookings, enquiries, complaints, and follow-up across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels. 
  • Your calm, professional attitude will define how clients feel about our brand.

Requirements:

  • OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any discipline.
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • CRM tool familiarity
  • Social media savvy
  • Conflict resolution skills.
