Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Business & Operations Intern to anchor the execution engine of a Multi-Business Founder. In the hyper-dynamic Lagos startup ecosystem, success is defined by "Executive Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize daily scheduling with the clinical precision required for project tracking, content creation, and market research. This role is designed for a "Junior Architect" with a BA/BSc/HND who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing logistics and admin) with the "Digital Agility" required to navigate Instagram, TikTok, and AI tools like ChatGPT.

Requirements:

1. Executive Orchestration & Planning Governance

• Schedule Sovereignty: Assist with high-fidelity daily planning and reminders, ensuring the Founder acts as a "Source of Maximum Productivity."

• Communication Architecture: Manage emails and follow-ups with professional poise, acting as the primary "Source of Stakeholder Responsiveness."

• Coordination Stewardship: Support meeting logistics and note-taking with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Memory."

2. Operational Resilience & Project Logic

• Workflow Sovereignty: Assist in tracking tasks and ongoing projects across multiple businesses, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Order."

• Logistics Architecture: Support administrative activities and logistics workflows, providing the "Operational Foundation" for diverse business units.

• Process Stewardship: Help organize business processes with clinical speed, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the execution of the Founder's directives.

3. Digital Narrative & Research Power

• Content Sovereignty: Manage social media pages and assist in creating high-fidelity videos and captions, acting as the "Source of Brand Visibility."

• Research Architecture: Conduct deep-dive research on markets, tools, and competitors, providing the "Analytical Foundation" for testing new business opportunities.

• Innovation Logic: Stay updated on digital trends and tech tools (Canva, ChatGPT), utilizing strong writing skills to optimize the "Source of Digital Growth."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Recent graduate with a BA / BSc / HND.

• Technical Mastery: Familiarity with Google Docs, Sheets, and basic tech tools; active presence on Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Strategic Advantage: Basic video editing, graphic design skills (Canva), or experience with AI/ChatGPT is a major plus.
