Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Business Development Officer to anchor our commercial engine in the Downstream Oil and Gas sector. In the volatile landscape of petroleum marketing and trading, success is defined by "Market Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume sales of AGO, PMS, and lubricants with the clinical precision required for lead conversion, portfolio management, and industrial fuel supply chain logistics. This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect" with 5+ years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (traveling to client sites and managing multiple accounts) with the "Analytical Agility" required to provide market feedback for high-stakes pricing and supply decisions.

Requirements:

1. Revenue Orchestration & Market Governance

  • Opportunity Sovereignty: Identify and capture high-value opportunities across industrial, commercial, and retail downstream markets, ensuring every new contract acts as a "Source of Growth."

  • Conversion Architecture: Follow up with prospects with clinical speed to convert leads into high-fidelity commercial partnerships, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" of the trading desk.

  • Product Stewardship: Market and sell a diverse portfolio of petroleum products (Diesel/AGO, PMS, Lubricants, Petrochemicals), acting as the primary "Source of Specification Knowledge" for clients.

2. Portfolio Resilience & Relationship Logic

  • Account Sovereignty: Manage a comprehensive customer portfolio with professional poise, ensuring "Absolute Retention" and maximizing revenue through proactive account management.

  • Satisfaction Architecture: Ensure elite levels of customer satisfaction through timely service and rapid issue resolution, acting as the primary "Source of Resolution" for all client concerns.

  • Logistic Synergy: Leverage your familiarity with fuel supply chains and product specifications to ensure "Zero-Friction" in the delivery and distribution of petroleum assets.

3. Intelligence Reporting & Performance Power

  • Data Sovereignty: Prepare periodic sales reports and provide "Intelligence-Driven" market feedback to support executive pricing and supply chain decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
