Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy, persuasive Business Development Executive to drive our market expansion and secure high-value B2B partnerships. In this role, you will be the face of the company, identifying new business opportunities and positioning our HR and outsourcing solutions to corporate clients. You must be a "hunter" by nature—motivated by measurable growth and the rewards of a high-performance, commission-based structure. The ideal candidate blends strategic sales planning with the interpersonal tact required to maintain long-term client satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Strategic Prospecting: Identify and qualify high-potential B2B leads through aggressive networking, cold outreach, and market research.
Service Positioning: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our HR and outsourcing services to C-suite executives and HR Directors.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities from initial contact to contract signing.
2. Client Acquisition & Negotiation
Winning Presentations: Design and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that address specific client pain points.
Tactful Negotiation: Navigate complex contract negotiations, balancing company profitability with client needs to ensure win-win outcomes.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive company revenue.
3. Relationship Management & Retention
Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless transition for new clients by coordinating with internal operations teams.
Account Growth: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies effectively.

Experience & Industry Knowledge
