Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and results-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to anchor the execution engine of our sales department. In the specialized landscape of Real Estate, where momentum is the difference between a lead and a closing, success is defined by "Tactical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize high-volume property inquiries with the clinical precision required for Negotiation, Team Supervision, and Client Retention. This role is designed for an "Execution Architect" with 3–5 years of experience who can blend "Field Grit" (conducting site visits and property inspections) with the "Leadership Agility" required to motivate Sales Executives toward exceeding their targets.

Requirements:

1. Execution Orchestration & Team Governance

  • Target Sovereignty: Assist in executing sales strategies to hit company targets for land, residential, and commercial properties, acting as the primary "Source of Volume Growth."

  • Supervisory Architecture: Guide and monitor the daily activities of Sales Executives, providing the "Structural Foundation" for team productivity and individual achievement.

  • Integrity Stewardship: Monitor performance feedback and daily activities, ensuring the "Source of Professional Standards" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Relationship Logic

  • Conversion Sovereignty: Follow up on inquiries and prospects to close deals effectively, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Success."

  • Client Architecture: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth investors, providing the "Functional Foundation" for customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Inspection Stewardship: Lead property inspections and client presentations, maintaining the "Source of Product Credibility."

3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power

  • Reporting Sovereignty: Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, acting as the primary "Source of Data-Driven Insights."

  • Marketing Architecture: Work closely with the marketing team to generate and convert quality leads, providing the "Relational Foundation" for campaign success.

  • Velocity Logic: Utilize 3–5 years of sales expertise and CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track trends in real-time, maximizing the "Source of Revenue Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in sales (Real Estate experience is a distinct advantage).

  • Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

  • Attributes: Strategic thinker, excellent negotiator, and able to thrive under pressure in a target-driven environment.
