Job Description:

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and technically proficient Architect to join our team. You will be responsible for transforming visionary concepts into functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures. Using your specialist knowledge and high-level drawing skills, you will lead the design process from initial sketches to final construction documents, ensuring every project is sustainable and meets all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Design & Documentation: Prepare comprehensive drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

• Proposal Development: Develop and present innovative design proposals that align with company specifications and client needs.

• Collaborative Delivery: Work closely with engineers, urban planners, landscape architects, construction representatives, and interior designers to ensure high-quality project execution.

• Final Construction Plans: Deliver precise, professional construction plans ready for on-site implementation.

• Technology Utilization: Demonstrate mastery in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) systems and other modern architectural software.

• Compliance & Sustainability: Ensure all designs are safe, sustainable, and strictly adhere to state and federal building regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from a reputable university.

• Experience: 1–3 years of post-NYSC professional experience in the architectural field.

• Industry Edge: Prior experience working with real estate companies is a significant advantage.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard drafting and modeling software.

• Core Competencies:

  • Strong aesthetic sense combined with practical construction knowledge.

  • Excellent communication skills for presenting designs to clients and coordinating with project teams.

  • A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to safety and sustainability.
