Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Architect to anchor the design engine of Mshel Homes Limited. In the sophisticated Nigerian real estate market, success is defined by "Spatial Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize innovative client briefs with the clinical precision required for 3D visualization, structural coordination, and onsite construction supervision. This role is designed for a "Design Architect" with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, mandatory ARCON registration, and 5+ years of experience who can blend "Conceptual Grit" (translating visions into compelling designs) with the "Technical Agility" required to master Revit, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.

Requirements:

1. Design Orchestration & Conceptual Governance

• Invention Sovereignty: Lead the full architectural process from concept development to handover, ensuring every project acts as a "Source of Functional Innovation."

• Visualization Architecture: Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and specifications with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Aesthetic Compulsion."

• Integrity Stewardship: Coordinate with structural and MEP consultants to ensure design integrity, maintaining the "Source of Buildability and Technical Precision."

2. Operational Resilience & Site Logic

• Intent Sovereignty: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards, acting as the primary "Source of Physical Fidelity."

• Submittal Architecture: Review and approve contractor shop drawings and material samples with clinical focus, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the transition from paper to site.

• Deadline Stewardship: Manage multiple projects simultaneously within budget and time parameters, maintaining the "Source of Project Delivery Reliability."

3. Regulatory Integrity & Leadership Power

• Compliance Sovereignty: Ensure all designs align with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards, acting as the "Source of Regulatory Security."

• Mentorship Architecture: Supervise and mentor junior architects and draughtsmen, providing the "Operational Foundation" for team growth and continuous process improvement.

• Documentation Logic: Maintain comprehensive project records and as-built drawings, utilizing 5 years of post-qualification experience to optimize the "Source of Institutional Knowledge."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

• Registration: Full ARCON (Architects Registration Council of Nigeria) registration is mandatory.

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of robust post-qualification experience, preferably in Real Estate Development.

Core Competencies

• Technical Grit: Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Spatial Sovereignty: Strong understanding of Nigerian building codes, construction methods, and planning regulations.
