Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Architect with strong technical design and 3D visualisation capability to support ongoing and upcoming projects.

Role Overview

• This role is suited for a mid-level Architect (minimum 5 years’ experience) with hands-on industry exposure. The focus is on practical competence, quality design output, and execution support.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings and construction documentation
• Develop and coordinate designs using AutoCAD and Revit
• Produce high-quality 3D visualisations and renders (3Ds Max is critical)
• Support design development from concept stage through execution
• Work closely with project and site teams to ensure designs are buildable and aligned with project requirements
• Update drawings based on site feedback and management directives

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years relevant architectural experience
• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• 3Ds Max (non-negotiable)
• Practical experience within real estate, construction, or property development environments
• Ability to work independently and deliver under minimal supervision

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (required)
• Master’s degree in Architecture is an advantage.

Salary

• N300,000 – N350,000 net (monthly)
• Final offer will be based on experience and demonstrated competence
