Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Doctor to join our premium beauty and wellness clinic in Victoria Island. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic treatments, ensuring the highest standards of safety, ethics, and clinical excellence. As a key member of our medical team, you will drive client satisfaction and foster brand loyalty by delivering exceptional aesthetic results.

Requirements:

• Clinical Consultation & Planning: Conduct comprehensive skin assessments and medical evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient goals and health histories.

• Advanced Aesthetic Procedures: Expertly perform a wide range of non-surgical cosmetic treatments, including:

  • Injectables (Botox & Dermal Fillers)

  • Chemical Peels & Micro-needling

  • PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) Therapy

  • Laser Treatments & Body Contouring

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain stringent standards of clinical safety, hygiene, and infection control. Ensure all procedures adhere to local regulatory requirements and internal clinic protocols.

• Patient Education: Provide clear, professional guidance on treatment expectations and post-procedure aftercare to ensure optimal outcomes and client peace of mind.

• Operational Excellence:

  • Maintain meticulous medical documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and service quality standards.

  • Collaborate with management and the marketing team to support patient education and brand positioning.

• Leadership & Development: Mentor clinical support staff and aesthetic nurses, and act as the primary lead for complex medical cases or aesthetic complications.

• Continuous Improvement: Stay at the forefront of the industry by researching emerging aesthetic technologies and global best practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS or equivalent).

• Experience: Proven experience in performing non-surgical aesthetic procedures.

• Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, strong interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for detail.

• Professionalism: A commitment to ethical medical practice and a passion for the beauty and wellness industry.
