Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Administrative Officer to join our team and act as the backbone of our daily office operations. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining office procedures, managing essential documentation, and ensuring that our internal communication and scheduling run without a hitch. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a meticulous eye for detail, capable of managing diverse administrative tasks while maintaining a professional environment.

Requirements:

  • Office Operations: Manage office supply inventory, place orders, and maintain a functional workspace.

  • Financial Tracking: Prepare regular reports on expenses and monitor office budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility.

  • Data & Documentation: Maintain and update company databases and organize a secure filing system for confidential documents.

  • Communications: Act as a point of contact for employee and client queries, and manage the distribution of all correspondence (letters, emails, and packages).

  • Policy & Planning: Update office policies as needed and maintain a centralized company calendar for appointments and meeting room bookings.

  • Logistics & Events: Arrange travel and accommodations for staff and coordinate both in-house and external corporate events.

  • Reporting: Prepare detailed presentations and reports featuring statistical data as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator, or in a similar corporate support role.

  • Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of office procedures and proficiency in office management software, specifically MS Excel and MS Word.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational ability with a strong problem-solving attitude and a methodical approach to tasks.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

  • Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and report preparation.

Salary

N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
