This role is designed for a "Structural Architect" with 5–7 years of experience who can blend "Operational Grit" (managing state and zone managers) with the "Strategic Agility" required to turn raw training into high-output field performance.
Requirements:
1. Structural Orchestration & Organizational Governance
Architectural Sovereignty: Design and implement scalable organograms for state and zone managers with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Hierarchy."

Workflow Stewardship: Streamline workforce operational workflows to ensure seamless communication, ensuring the "Source of Field Efficiency" is elite and uncompromised.

L&D Sovereignty: Design and execute specialized learning and development programs, acting as the primary "Source of Field Competence."

Professional Profile
