Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Mowe, Ogun. In this role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain, ensuring that inventory is perfectly managed, logistics are streamlined, and the warehouse facility operates at peak efficiency. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can maintain rigorous stock accuracy, optimize storage layouts, and foster a culture of safety and high productivity among staff. Requirements:

• Inventory Control: Maintain 100% accuracy in stock records through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement robust systems to prevent loss, shrinkage, and discrepancies between digital and physical inventory.

• Logistics & Fulfillment: Oversee the end-to-end flow of goods—from receipt of inbound deliveries to the accurate picking, packing, and timely dispatch of outbound shipments.

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and schedule our warehouse team, including supervisors, forklift operators, and packers. Drive performance to maximize output while maintaining operational costs.

• Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict workplace safety standards, including hazard identification and risk assessments. Ensure the facility remains compliant with all labor laws and environmental regulations.

• Operational Optimization: Proactively analyze storage layouts and workflows to increase throughput and minimize delays.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or supply chain operations.
