Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and creatively elite Video Editor & Camera Operator to anchor the media engine of Bible Davids Ministries. In a specialized global ministry landscape where spiritual momentum is dictated by the clarity of the message and the precision of the visual delivery success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize raw footage with the clinical precision required for Sermon Editing, Motion Graphics, and Prophetic Branding. This role is designed for a "Media Architect" with 3+ years of experience who can blend "Creative Grit" (mastering Premiere Pro and After Effects) with the "Spiritual Agility" required to translate anointing into compelling broadcasts, e-courses, and viral social media content.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Post-Production Governance

• Editing Sovereignty: Transform sermons, conferences, and e-courses into high-quality final products with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Excellence."

• Format Architecture: Produce platform-specific edits for YouTube, TV, and TikTok, providing the "Structural Foundation" for global audience engagement.

• Integrity Stewardship: Assemble raw footage with advanced effects, transitions, and color correction, ensuring the "Source of Production Value" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Motion Logic

• Visual Sovereignty: Design and integrate branded motion graphics, lower-thirds, and text overlays, acting as the primary "Source of Unified Visual Style."

• Production Architecture: Provide technical input on filming angles and lighting during the production cycle, providing the "Functional Foundation" for smoother editing outcomes.

• Asset Stewardship: Organize and archive footage and project files, maintaining the "Source of Institutional Media Memory."

3. Operational Integrity & Narrative Power

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing.

• Software Power: High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.

• Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of color grading, audio balancing, and motion graphics.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Film, Media, or Communications (preferred but not mandatory).
