This is a rare opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience under the mentorship of senior engineers, learning how to troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize sophisticated production machinery.

Requirements:

Technical Maintenance & Support

• Preventative Care: Carry out routine and first-line maintenance activities to prevent equipment downtime.

• Technical Support: Assist in the maintenance and testing of both mechanical and electrical systems across the production floor.

• Process Optimization: Participate in troubleshooting complex equipment and process-related issues to ensure seamless production flow.

Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping

• Safety First: Perform all maintenance tasks safely, ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Workplace Standards: Maintain impeccable housekeeping of work areas and plant facilities to ensure a safe and professional environment.

• Incident Reporting: Promptly report all operational risks, faults, and incidents to the appropriate supervisors.

Collaboration & Communication

• Teamwork: Collaborate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of technical tasks and special projects.

• Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with supervisors regarding daily operational activities and machine status.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Sc. or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Experience: 0–1 year of work experience. This role is specifically designed for trainees and fresh graduates.

• Technical Aptitude:

  • Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment faults efficiently.

• Core Competencies:
