Job Description:
We are seeking a commercially elite and operationally rigorous Ticketing and Tour Officer to anchor the revenue engine and partner-relations framework of our travel and tour business. In a high-velocity service landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the booking-cycle and the precision of the financial-filter success is defined by "Operational Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex vendor-agreements with the clinical precision required for Profitability Monitoring, Ticketing Integrity, and seamless Guest-Documentation. This role is designed as an "Operational Launchpad" a critical mission for an ambitious travel professional who can blend "Commercial Grit" (mastering the complexities of revenue/expense tracking) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Booking Workflows.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Revenue Governance
Sovereignty of the Ledger: Monitor bookings, revenue, and expenses to ensure profitability, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Throughput."
Documentation Architecture: Manage the end-to-end ticketing and documentation lifecycle, providing the "Structural Foundation" for guest satisfaction.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure 100% adherence to travel regulations, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Partner Logic
Vendor Sovereignty: Build and maintain strategic relationships with airlines, hotels, and tour operators, acting as the primary "Source of Partner-Relationship Momentum."
Resource Architecture: Optimize vendor/agent coordination, providing the "Functional Foundation" for competitive pricing and service delivery.
Performance Stewardship: Analyze profitability metrics, maintaining the "Source of Commercial Clarity."
3. Operational Integrity & Performance Power
Communication Sovereignty: Act as the primary liaison between vendors and consumers, acting as the primary "Source of Service Alignment."
Process Architecture: Utilize Travel-Management Toolkits to track inventory and booking flow, providing the "Relational Foundation" for seamless customer experiences.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Travel-Regulatory expertise to accelerate the "Inquiry-to-Booking" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Tour-Revenue Momentum."

Professional Profile
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in professional ticketing and tour operations.
