Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and disciplined Tetra Pak Line Operator to join our technical team in Ogun State. You will be responsible for the specialized operation of our dairy beverage production line, ensuring that liquid food products are processed and packaged with the highest level of sterile integrity. This role requires a combination of technical expertise in Tetra Pak machinery and a deep commitment to food safety standards. You will be expected to maintain smooth machine operations, perform basic troubleshooting, and strictly adhere to quality control protocols.

Requirements:

Machine Operation & Technical Control

• Equipment Operation: Manage the daily start-up, operation, and shut-down of Tetra Pak filling and packaging machines.

• Process Monitoring: Monitor critical control points (CCPs) on the production line to ensure consistent performance and output.

• Troubleshooting: Identify mechanical malfunctions and perform basic technical troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

• Maintenance Support: Assist the engineering team with routine cleaning and preventative maintenance of the line.

Quality & Food Safety

• Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety Management Systems, including HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

• Hygiene Standards: Ensure the production environment and equipment meet the high hygiene requirements necessary for dairy beverage processing.

• SOP Adherence: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) meticulously to ensure every batch meets brand quality and safety specifications.

• Quality Inspection: Conduct visual inspections and monitor packaging integrity to prevent leaks or contamination.

Teamwork & Administration

• Shift Work: Operate effectively within a shift-based system, including day, night, or weekend rotations.

• Reporting: Maintain accurate logs of production volumes, downtime, and material usage.

• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors, production managers, and quality control teams to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of a Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or a Vocational/Technical background.

• Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in food or beverage production, specifically working with Tetra Pak equipment.

• Technical Knowledge: Proven understanding of aseptic packaging technology and beverage manufacturing workflows.

• Safety Training: Practical knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and general industrial safety regulations.

• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the physical stamina to work in a demanding factory environment.

• Location: Candidates must be resident in or able to commute to the facility in Ogun State.
