We are seeking a high-potential and structurally elite NYSC Corp Member to anchor the administrative and operational nerve center of our HR consulting firm. In a high-velocity consulting landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the velocity of the client-relay and the precision of the documentation-filter success is defined by "Administrative Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize complex scheduling and file management with the clinical precision required for Talent Pipeline Support and Office Efficiency. This role is designed as a "Consulting Launchpad" a critical opportunity for an ambitious associate to blend "Operational Grit" (mastering records and documentation) with the "Structural Agility" required to execute High-Fidelity Client and Recruitment Support.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Workflow Governance
Sovereignty of the Office: Manage day-to-day administrative support and workflow coordination, acting as the primary "Source of Operational Throughput."
Scheduling Architecture: Coordinate calendars, meetings, and interviews, providing the "Structural Foundation" for seamless client and internal engagements.
Integrity Stewardship: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Professionalism" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Data Fidelity & Documentation Architecture
Record Sovereignty: Maintain accurate physical/digital client and company files, acting as the primary "Source of Data Integrity."
Reporting Architecture: Prepare administrative reports and track project activities, providing the "Functional Foundation" for data-led consulting decisions.
Compliance Stewardship: Ensure all documentation adheres to firm standards and HR consulting best practices, maintaining the "Source of Procedural Truth."
3. Consulting Support & Talent Interface
Recruitment Sovereignty: Assist in posting job openings and organizing candidate records, acting as the primary "Source of Talent Pipeline Maintenance."
Logistics Architecture: Facilitate meeting logistics and client engagement needs, providing the "Relational Foundation" for successful project delivery.
Velocity Logic: Utilize Digital Toolkits to accelerate the "Task-to-Completion" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Firm Momentum."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Status: Must be a current serving NYSC Corp Member.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 0 – 1 year of experience (internship/NYSC exposure is highly advantageous).
Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management systems.
Aptitude: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced, high-stakes consulting environment.
