Job Description:

Rosabon Financial Services is seeking a high-velocity, results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our elite Asset Creation team. In this role, you aren't just making phone calls; you are driving the company’s growth by converting high-potential leads into revenue-generating financial assets.

Operating at the front line of our sales engine, you will manage the end-to-end conversion process—from initial outbound discovery to final documentation and internal handoff. Requirements:

1. High-Performance Sales Conversion

  • Revenue Generation: Proactively convert assigned inbound and outbound leads into successful sales to meet or exceed aggressive monthly targets.

  • Consultative Persuasion: Use advanced negotiation and persuasion techniques to guide prospective clients through Rosabon’s asset-creation products.

  • Pipeline Management: Conduct professional follow-ups with warm leads, ensuring no opportunity for conversion is lost.

2. Cross-Functional Synergy & Compliance

  • Internal Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Credit Admin, Risk, and CRM teams to ensure that sales leads meet our credit standards and move smoothly through the approval pipeline.

  • Documentation Excellence: Ensure 100% accuracy in the documentation and input of call details and sales data into company systems for audit and tracking purposes.

  • Risk Awareness: Maintain a basic understanding of risk parameters to ensure the leads being converted align with the bank's asset quality goals.

3. Relationship Management & Service Excellence

  • Client Diplomacy: Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients, serving as a trusted point of contact for Rosabon.

  • Crisis Resolution: Professionally handle complex inquiries and resolve issues for both irate and high-profile clients with poise and empathy.

  • Feedback Integration: Accurately record customer feedback to help the CRM and CEM teams improve the overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Education: Minimum of an HND qualification.

  • Experience: 1–4 years of proven experience in telesales, outbound sales, or a similar performance-heavy role.

  • Technical IQ: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications; experience with CRM software is a significant plus.

Core Competencies

  • Communication Mastery: Strong verbal communication and active listening skills with the ability to follow complex instructions.

  • Negotiation Grit: A proven track record of overcoming objections and closing deals in a target-driven environment.
