Job Description:
- The Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue generation across retail, field, and institutional channels for X-iCE products including, Access Points, Cat 6 Cables, educational Laptops & tablets, Smart Streetlights, Solar Systems, and Projectors.
- The role supports the division’s go-to-market strategy by converting leads into sales, conducting product demonstrations, and supporting business development efforts to ensure achievement of assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets across assigned channels.
- Build and manage customer relationships with prospects and existing clients to ensure achievement of CSAT score.
- Convert walk-in customers, digital leads, and field prospects into confirmed sales.
- Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and pipeline updates.
- Conduct product demonstrations at estates, schools, corporate offices, malls, and activations.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven track record of success in field sales or related field.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Good Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills.
- Efficient and accurate with attention to detail.
- Coordination Skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
