Job Description:

We are seeking a high-energy and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to anchor our core administrative and people operations. In a high-growth corporate environment, success is defined by "Administrative Integrity", the ability to maintain seamless employee records and recruitment flows while providing professional support across the organization. This role is designed for an "Aspiring HR Professional" with 1 year of experience who is ready to blend their "Interpersonal Prowess" with the "Procedural Rigor" required to manage the modern human capital lifecycle.

Your mission is to ensure "Zero-Error Record Keeping and High-Touch Administrative Support." You will be a vital engine for the HR department: responsible for supporting the talent acquisition pipeline, maintaining digital and physical employee databases, and acting as a first point of contact for internal queries. If you possess "Strong Communication Skills," a mastery of MS Office, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, we want you to grow with our team.

Requirements:

1. Talent Acquisition & Lifecycle Support

  • Recruitment Coordination: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting vacancies and screening resumes to coordinating interviews for top-tier talent.

  • Database Stewardship: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases with millimetric accuracy, ensuring data privacy and ease of access.

  • Onboarding Synergy: Support the integration of new hires into the company culture through organized administrative workflows.

2. Administrative Architecture

  • General Office Support: Provide high-fidelity administrative assistance, managing documentation and ensuring the office environment remains organized and professional.

  • Logistics & Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of HR projects, office events, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Correspondence Management: Handle internal and external communication with a high degree of tact and professional etiquette.

3. Employee Advocacy & Relations

  • Query Resolution: Serve as a responsive resource for employee questions and concerns, escalating issues where necessary to ensure a positive workplace climate.

  • Policy Compliance: Assist in the dissemination of HR policies and ensure that administrative tasks align with the organization’s governing standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR or administrative role is required.

  • Technical Mastery: High proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong interpersonal touch.
